The extremely luxuriously designed 180m2 chalet apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the beautifully renovated and protected art nouveau hotel «Alpine Inn» from 1908 – a prime location in Davos! The historic building stands on the highest point of the promenade and therefore guarantees a spectacular and magnificent view of the Dischma Valley and Davos. In the furnishings, great importance was put on traditional alpine elements in combination with the most modern comfort – sunburnt old wooden panels, natural stone and a rustic oak parquet combined with high-end convenience dominate.

 

The 80m2 spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with fireplace and wine cabinet guarantee unforgettable hours in the Swiss Alps. At the large wooden table for up to 10 people with its modern chandelier you can celebrate or discuss important world topics until the early morning hours. For quieter times, retreat to the pine-lined bow window with its comfortable lambskin chairs or enjoy a movie in the soft rocking chairs or couch by Baxter. A high-end Bang & Olufsen system ensures perfect picture and sound quality. For even quieter hours, simply enjoy the flickering of the electric fireplace with a whisky chosen from the specially illuminated bar.

 

The kitchen with its large cooking island leaves nothing to be desired: large food center with ice machine, oven and separate steamer, dishwasher, induction stove with separate Teppanyaki, Original Beefer for perfect steaks or a glassed two-zone wine cabinet for 30 wine bottles. The excellent Bünderfleisch (dried meat) can be cut on the original Berkel-Tribute slicing machine – a masterpiece from the world-renowned manufactory Berkel.

 

What is more relaxing than chilling out in your own sauna with its illuminated starlit sky in the en-suite master bathroom after a demanding day of sports? The double lavabo carved from a large block of granite, the freestanding bathtub and the generous separate shower turn the master bathroom into an oasis of well-being.

 

The bow window in the master bedroom is also made of Swiss stone pine – the natural essential oils of Swiss stone pines have an extremely calming effect and thus ensure a deep and healthy sleep. The two additional, separate bedrooms are also equipped with a queen-bed and each has its own access to the large south-facing balcony – to top it off, both guest rooms are equipped with Marshall Bluetooth speakers. The guest bathroom is also equipped with a large shower and furnished with beautiful aged wood.

 

The local antique chest from 1777 in the entrance is an eye-catcher of a special kind and underlines the alpine ambience of this magnificent apartment from the very first moment you enter it. Discreetly hidden behind the beautiful old wood built-in cabinets in the corridor you will find the washing machine, the tumble dryer and a hotel safe.

 

On the 60m2 large and wind-protected south-facing balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain view even in winter in the comfortable loungers under wool blankets and sheepskins. What is more beautiful than a deep blue sky with freshly snowed mountains sparkling in the sun?

 

Of course, the apartment also includes a ski room with private ski locker, including ski boot warmer, and additionally a locked room for your mountain bike. And last but not least: If you don't have time to clean up or cook yourself, you can simply use the services of the hotel Alpine Inn!
